Established in 1991, Philip Goacher Associates has grown to a team of 6 Civil and Structural Engineers who are able to undertake a wide range of Structural Engineering services, from calculations and drawings, to reports for mortgage lenders and investigations into cracking and movement to properties. We can even help Managing Agents to prepare and implement their maintenance plans and assist Loss Adjusters with repairs and reinstatement after fires, floods and subsidence.

Our Structural Engineers

We are a team of 6 Structural Engineers (plus two very important Support Staff!) with varying backgrounds in Civil and Structural Engineering, from all over the world.

Our Structural Engineers work on a huge variety of projects, and at the moment a few interesting jobs we’re working on include:

Contract Administration for the reinstatement of a large Grade II Listed building following a fire.
Structural design and calculations for two additional floors on top of a three-storey office building.
A new build property in Brighton comprising basement, lower ground floor and first floor.
