PROJECT 1: HIGH STREET, ARUNDEL
Our client approached us with architectural drawings and planning permission for an extension and internal alterations. We carried out the full structural design to obtain building regulations approval and discharge the planning conditions. Throughout the project, we liaised with the contractor, conducted site visits to monitor progress, answered queries, and provided guidance on party wall matters. This ensured the work was completed to a high standard, safely and efficiently, while meeting all regulatory requirements.

PROJECT 2: BALCONY INVESTIGATION, WORTHING SEAFRONT
We were asked to investigate concrete defects in the balcony soffits of a large seafront block of flats in Worthing. Following a preliminary visual inspection, we produced a detailed report identifying potential causes, including poor workmanship or material issues. Concrete testing was carried out by a specialist contractor, after which we prepared a Schedule of Works for repairs. This included removal of coatings, concrete inspection and repair, and application of an anti-carbonation coating. We're currently carrying out various site inspections and liaising with the contractor to keep the project on track as part of our contract administration service.
