PROJECT 1: COMMUNITY CENTRE REDEVELOPMENT
We were commissioned to carry out the structural design for a community centre redevelopment in Brighton. This included creating new openings to install a basement-to-loft passenger lift, constructing a loft conversion, and altering the roof. Our team worked closely with contractors and architects to ensure structural integrity while meeting functional requirements and building regulations.
PROJECT 2: 10-YEAR MAINTENANCE PLAN FOR LARGE PROPERTY
For a large Brighton property, we developed a comprehensive 10-year maintenance plan. This included inspections of pitched roofs, dormers, flat roofs, external fire escapes, drains, and elevations. We prepared a detailed Schedule of Works, obtained competitive quotes from local contractors, and prioritised urgent repairs.
