PROJECT 1: COMMUNITY CENTRE REDEVELOPMENT
We were commissioned to carry out the structural design for a community centre redevelopment in Brighton. This included creating new openings to install a basement-to-loft passenger lift, constructing a loft conversion, and altering the roof. Our team worked closely with contractors and architects to ensure structural integrity while meeting functional requirements and building regulations.
PROJECT 2: 10-YEAR MAINTENANCE PLAN FOR LARGE PROPERTY
For a large Brighton property, we developed a comprehensive 10-year maintenance plan. This included inspections of pitched roofs, dormers, flat roofs, external fire escapes, drains, and elevations. We prepared a detailed Schedule of Works, obtained competitive quotes from local contractors, and prioritised urgent repairs. This approach enabled property managers and leaseholders to plan budgets, maintain structural stability, and ensure the property remains weatherproof and future-ready.
