We can provide structural reports on the load-carrying capacity of floors, the load-bearing nature of walls, suitability of foundations, and recommend any strengthening works that need to be carried out before work can progress or to ensure a property meets Building Regulations standards.
We will confirm at pre-design stage whether your proposals are possible, and we can give advice on preliminary design to help with project costings, allowing contractors to more accurately price the works. We can also act as Contract Administrator and organise tenders, inspect ongoing progress and ensure the project runs smoothly.
Once the work has been carried out, we can also issue a Certificate of Structural Adequacy to prove that your property is structurally sound.
