In addition to carrying out inspections, preparing structural reports, providing calculations and drawings and acting as Party Wall Surveyors, we also undertake other services for our clients:

Contract Administration: We handle all aspects of works to a property, from compiling the Schedule of Works and obtaining competitive tenders, to inspecting the property once works have been completed and issuing Practical Completion certificates.

Insurance Claims: We work closely with Loss Adjusters and insurance companies to return homes to their former state following insured peril (flood, fire, storm damage, subsidence, etc).

Expert Witness: We work with clients who have received bad advice from building professionals in the past or who are unhappy with the standard of work carried out. Philip Goacher is a trained expert witness, approved by the Law Society.

Principal Designer (Construction Health and Safety): We can offer our services as Principal Designer in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.

Services to Managing Agents: We work closely with many Managing Agents to deal with maintenance and repairs to purpose built or converted blocks of flats.
