Philip Goacher Associates was appointed to project manage repairs and renovation on our house well after the works had actually commenced, and at a point when the project was seriously foundering. Initially, the project appeared to be relatively straightforward and short term, however due to various problems mainly with difficult contractors, etc we ultimately had to vacate the property for over a year and a half.

Phil Goacher inherited a difficult project, however his direct, sincere and pragmatic approach to the project saw it successfully through to fruition.
