Philip Goacher Associates aims to provide a service which meets or exceeds the customer's expectations, on time and within budget.

The Company operates a quality management system which has gained BS EN ISO 9001:2008, including aspects specific to Civil and Structural Engineering projects. The quality management system is described in the Manual and detailed in the Procedure Manual. All personnel understand the importance of quality and abide by the contents of the Quality Manual.

Philip Goacher Associates complies with all legislation relevant to the construction industry, The Health and Safety at Work Act 2005 and the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.

The Company constantly monitors its quality performance and will implement improvements when appropriate.
